Renee Harvey has been an integral part of Planning Works since its founding in 1999. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees all firm operations and leads the implementation of strategic recommendations for clients. Her attention to detail, dedication to client service, and naturally supportive leadership style are central to the firm’s personalized approach.
Renee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. She remains an active supporter of her alma mater and serves as a chapter advisor for the UT - Iota Chapter of Chi Omega, staying closely connected to her sisterhood.
Renee and her husband, Steven, enjoy time with their son, Hunter, and their three beloved dogs—Franklin, Hank, and Jackson. Whether they’re golfing, spending time at their hunting property, or cheering on the Texas Longhorns, family time is always a priority.
